Online Store Terms

This website is operated by MangaSquirrel. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You agree not to use this website or place orders through it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

You must not introduce or transmit any viruses, malicious software, or other harmful code that may damage or interfere with the operation of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account(s) and access to the website if these Terms are violated.

Order Payments

When you place an order, it is not shipped immediately. We only ship orders after your payment has fully cleared. Payments are processed through Stripe Japan and may take up to 5 business days to clear. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, we will email you a confirmation. This confirmation constitutes a contract between you and MangaSquirrel. All orders are final once placed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

All prices listed on this website are accurate at the time of posting. In the rare event of an error, we will handle genuine issues reasonably if you contact us via email.

Any personal information you provide through this store is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. MangaSquirrel does not handle or store any payment information. All payments are processed by our payment processor.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery for most countries is 7–14 days. MangaSquirrel is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier issues, flight delays, or other unforeseen events.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The buyer is fully responsible for all import duties and taxes. Failing to pay fees, ignoring carrier notifications, or refusing to accept the parcel is considered a breach of contract.

Parcels that cannot be delivered due to buyer negligence (e.g., refusal, unclaimed, or incorrect address) are automatically marked as abandoned in our system and destroyed by our shipping provider. For payment purposes, refused parcels are considered delivered, and chargebacks will not be accepted.

Returns

MangaSquirrel is responsible for sending the correct item(s). Once an order leaves Japan, any damage that occurs during shipping is outside our control.

If any item(s) is damaged on arrival or incorrectly described, please notify us via email within 7 days and return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will respond to emails within 5 business days. Sending multiple emails about the same issue will not speed up resolution.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to confirm they match the original order, MangaSquirrel will either issue a refund or send a replacement at our expense.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchases from MangaSquirrel will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
